A dripping hot water tap wastes energy
and in one week wastes enough hot water to fill half a
bath, so fix leaking taps and make sure they're fully
turned off. |
The Helpline is staffed by trained advisors who can carry out
a preliminary assessment of callers’ benefit entitlement.
They are also linked to each energy suppliers' priority care
team.
The Helpline advisers also have access to community-based organisations.
These organisations provide social welfare support on a number
of matters including housing, health and finance.
